The Best Place in Santa Fe to have an Exciting Birthday Party!

Skating Party Packages:

Party Zone: Includes Admission, Skate Rental and Cafe Party Zone for 1.5 hours, Up to 15 Skaters. $175 

Classroom: Includes Admission, Skate Rental and Classroom for 1.5 hours, Up to 15 Skaters. $175

Swimming Party Package:

Swimming Party Package $135, includes 10 kids swimming and a classroom for 1 hour.

Note: 1 birthday party per swim session.

Many families like to extend their birthday party visit. You may extend the use of the room for $65 per hour. Each additional child, over the party package limit will pay the daily drop-in fee and $3.00 skate rental, if skates are needed. Chaperones are required and are invited to participate at no extra charge. Chaperones must remain with the children at all times.

*All Birthday Parties need to be coordinated by the Genoveva Chavez Community Center Reservationist.

Facility Rental

Many areas of the Chavez Center are available for rental by groups and individuals. Call 955-4024 for detailed information and reservations.

 Proof of 501.C-3 is required for non-profit rate. 

Community Room/Patio

  • Capacity 220 total, including 75 on the patio, weather permitting
  • $130 per hour [2 hour minimum].
  • Non-profit: $75 per hour [2 hour minimum. Must show proof of 501.C-3 status].

Gymnasium

Available for sporting events, P.E. classes, clinics, school functions, field trips, practice time and more. Entire gym $200.00 per hour! Stop by and check out our facilities.(non-profit)

  • Single Rental: each court $55 per hour, entire gym $250 per hour.
  • Non-profit $45 per hour per court. Must show proof of 501C-3 status.

Therapy Pool

Rentals may require center staff lifeguards at an additional hourly rate depending on activity.

  • 40 person capacity.
  • $100 per hour.

Monday – Friday

  • 7:00am – 9:00am
  • 11:30am – 2:00pm
  • 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Saturday

  • 10:00am – 12:00pm

Sunday

  • 9:00am – 12:00pm

50-Meter Pool

Rentals require center staff lifeguards at an additional hourly rate depending on activity.

  • 300 person capacity.
  • 50 meter pool single rental at $250 per hour.
  • Swim Teams: Contact the Natatorium Manager at 505-955-4041.
  • Swim Meets: $500 flat rate for 1/2 day meet all inclusive.

Leisure Pool

Ice Arena

  • 150 skater capacity.
  • All rentals, unless otherwise specified, will begin with a resurfaced sheet of ice. The Chavez Center charges for “Block Ice,” which means the user is responsible for paying the hourly rental fee from the time the rental begins until the time the rental ends. Ice resurfacing time is included in the hourly charge for consecutive rentals.
  • $200 per hour.

Classrooms

  • 40 person capacity.
  • Regular rate $65 per hour.
  • Non-profit rate $50 per hour.

Conference Room

  • 20 person capacity.
  • Regular rate $65 per hour.
  • Non-profit rate $50 per hour.

Fitness Center

  • Short term rentals only.
  • Aerobics room rate $50 per hour
  • Aerobics room non-profit $35 per hour

Youth Group Field Trips

  • Groups must schedule their facility visit at least two weeks in advance to ensure space and proper staffing. Call 505-955-4024 to make your reservation.
  • Youth groups must have sufficient adult supervision as follows: 3-5 years of age - one adult per three children, 6-10 years of age - one adult per six children, 11-17 years of age - one adult per ten participants.
  • Skate rental fee charged to all participants.
  • Adult supervisors must be in the immediate area with their group at all times, including being on the ice or in the pool.
