Slow Flow Yoga
An alignment based yoga class relying on body weight for strength conditioning and rhythmic breathing for deep stretching. Poses are held longer to allow for ructural alignment and integration of the mind, body and spirit. Appropriate for levels.

A High intensity workout including workouts to boost strength, cardio and core for a total body workout.

This is a multi-level yoga flow class paired with music. Be prepared to move, chant, and sweat.
Relax and Renew Yoga
This is a gentle hatha yoga class designed to help you unwind at the end of the day, Focus will be on mindful breathing to inspire deep relaxation and yoga movements to release stress/tension and rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit. Balance, alignment and comfort in our bodies will be practiced as we learn together in our evening yoga sessions.
Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise for developing flexibility, strength, stamina, aim, balance, and self-control. All levels are encouraged and welcome.
The Pilates method seeks to develop controlled movement from a strong core while building flexibility and strength. This class will follow Joseph Pilates as well as non-classical movements to challenge even the most advanced student. Props will be used such as weighted balls, fit balls and hand weights.
Start your day with a gentler version of the traditional Pilates, which is known for building core abdominals, strength, stability, and flexibility. All movements are performed on an exercise mat with an option of weighted and or large exercise balls. Leave the class feeling taller, stronger, and more energetic.

Zhineng Qigong Zhineng Qigong (Chi-Lei Qigong ) is the world’s most practiced medicine-less Qigong (Qi=energy, Gong=practice). Zhineng Qigong was created by Dr. Pang Ming and has over 20 million followers. Zhineng Qigong combines Traditional Chinese Qigong Healing methods and Western mindfulness techniques. You will be taught Dr. Pang’s Body/Mind exercises, Lift Qi up Pour Qi down method and 3 centers merge meditation. Learn how to bring positive universal Qi energy into the body and how to release negative Qi energy that causes illness. All levels of fitness are welcome. Qigong can be practiced standing or sitting and no equipment is necessary.
