Strength and Stretch
A perfect opportunity to work at your own pace maintaining bone density, increasing endurance, and improving flexibility.  For all levels.  

This is a fun and energetic dance-fitness class inspired by Latin music, exotic dance rhythms and aerobic fitness.  For all levels.

Boot Camp Fitness

Bootcamp is a high intensity interval training meant to build strength and endurance. Start with calisthenics warm-ups and then blast through 3 rounds of exercises that range from cardio conditioning to toning with weights. Burn more, go harder and push into your next level of fitness. Box and Burn High intensity cardio kick boxing. 

HIIT Cardio

Our 60 minute HIIT class features varying intervals of intense cardio and/or strength exercises paired with active recovery. In this HIIT workout; increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance, and work your entire body with challenging moves.
