Hatha Yoga is a basic yoga class based on dynamic alignment and balance.
Hatha Yoga is a basic Yoga class based on dynamic alignment, balance, stability and strength building and include bits of yoga philosophy and pranayma (breath) practice throughout the class. It will be geared for all levels and poses will be modified for those with less exerience.
