Youth Program Transfer Policy & GCCC Refund Policy

Transfer requests must be made no later than 8:00pm on the Monday one week prior to the first day of the session.

  1. Withdraw from a session and transfer total amount as payment for a different session.
  2. Withdraw from a session and transfer total amount as a credit account in your name for use at a future time.
  3. Refunds will be given for medical reasons only. Doctor’s excuse is required. Refunds may take up to six weeks to process. To request a refund submit a copy of the Doctor’s note and a Refund Request Form.

 

Sports Camps & Combo Options

Different sport camps for youth and teens that teach proper fundamentals, techniques and conditioning skills. $55 per week per child: Includes camp T-shirt and sports camp from 8:30am-12:00pm.

Children may be enrolled in both a sport camp and the full day camp! Combo Camp includes the morning sport camp followed by lunch and activities in the afternoon of the Day Camp. $155 per week per child: Includes Sport Camp participation & T-shirt, plus afternoons of activities in the Day Camp. 7:30-8:30am Breakfast (optional), 8:30am-12:00pm Sport Camp, 12:00-5:00pm Camp, 5:00-5:30pm Pick-Up.

Mission

Genoveva Chavez Community Center's summer camp programs provide an opportunity for kids to experience a wide range of recreational and leisure activities supervised by caring and supportive staff. Programs are FESTIVE because we ensure that activities are Fun, Educational and Safe.

Day Camps

Educational, recreational, and leisure activities are designed for children 6-12 years old. Activities include sports, swimming, ice skating, games, visual arts, special presentations and field trips. $135 per week per child: Includes a full day of fun activities. 7:30-8:30am Breakfast (optional), 8:30am-5:00pm Camp, 5:00-5:30pm Pick-Up.
