Genvoveva Chavez Community Center's Youth Programs provide an opportunity for kids to experience a wide range of activities supervised by caring and supportive staff. Programs are FEStive because we ensure that activities are Fun, Educational, and Safe.
$50 per weekly session, per child
*Fun, educational, and safe programming for children 6-12 years of age. Activities includes swimming, ice skating, court sports and games, arts & crafts, outdoor recreation and social games, Fun with Food projects and field trips.
*Snack is provided daily for after school participants. On Fridays children can bring snack money to purchase snack from the Pizza Etc. Cafe'. (Children with severe food allergies must bring their own snack each day).
* Transportation is available at Pinon, and Chaparral only. Parents/Guardians must pay in full and register before the first day of each weekly session.

Day Camps will be offered throughout the school year when the public schools are closed. $45 per camp, per child. Day camp hours are 7:30am-5:30pm, children will enjoy a day of recreational activities: swimming, ice skating, court sports and games, arts & crafts, social games, and board games. Parents provide lunch and snacks or money for Cafe'.
Checklist and reminders:
*Backpack, swimsuit and towel, socks and coat for ice skating, athletic shoes, sack lunch and snacks or money for Cafe'.
*Proof of age is required (birth certificate,immunization records, or passport)
Youth Program Transfer Policy & GCCC Refund Policy: Transfer requests must be made no later than 8:00pm on the Monday one week prior to the first day of the session.
Inclement Weather Policy
The Chavez Center Youth Programs will follow the Santa Fe Public Schools severe weather delays and closure schedule.
