An avid outdoor enthusiast with a passion for finding fun and happiness through fitness, Nathalie is certain to help you find the activities that you LOVE most. With fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry and her knowledge as a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Science and Doctor of Chiropractic, she is adamant about maintaining flawless form during exercise and preventing injury to ensure a long, healthy life filled with activity. Nathalie’s compassionate coaching style of personal training will reinforce your ability to reach your goals by empowering you through education.

Although her clients’ goals are the primary concern, Nathalie is particular about focusing on function rather than force. What that means is that exercise selection is initially based on improving the ability to perform your activities of daily living rather than choosing risky exercises that could potentially cause harm in the future because of their lack of practicality.

She is certified in Functional Movement Systems (FMS I and II) which is a protocol for assessing your body’s movement patterns to help eliminate detrimental compensations before they cause injury. For example, do you elevate your shoulders when performing overhead exercises? Do you lack flexibility in your ankle to be able to properly perform a lunge or squat? Are your hip muscles too weak to support you standing on one leg? Do you often find yourself tripping over things? Do you suffer from a nagging discomfort around your shoulder blade with certain movements? All of these aspects of movement are very important when progressing through a workout although they often go unrecognized. This is why function and safety are priority.

Nathalie has worked with clients of all ages and abilities and enjoys a personal challenge of her own when designing a workout plan. She takes the time to get to know her clients and their lifestyle during her initial consultation and asks many questions to better customize her clients’ workout program. No program is the same and every workout is individualized to the clients’ needs. The goal is to keep you challenged but feeling accomplished so that you may find the confidence to pursue exercise independently.

1-on-1 single session: $65

1-on-1 six sessions: $350

1-on-1 ten sessions: $600

1-on-1 twenty sessions: $1200

Group sessions: 2ppl $40/person, 3ppl $35/person, 4&5ppl $30/person
