I love helping people reach their goals! Whether it’s sport conditioning, strength training, core and balance work, weight loss, or simply getting started moving, I can help you.
My background is in sports, specifically badminton. I played throughout high school and was #1 in the district for 3 years running in singles. I then continued playing at Cal State University at Long Beach. I had the opportunity to travel to Australia and New Zealand playing badminton. I also played with the US Women’s Team. I was ranked 5th in the nation in Women’s Doubles.
Injuries in my late 20’s led me to using weights to strengthen weak muscles. I soon found I had a passion for lifting weights. I worked out at Gold’s Gym in California, learning to body build and strength train.
My NASM Personal Training Certification influenced me to explore core and balance training with an emphasis on posture. For the last 8 years, I have been privileged to work with baby boomers and seniors. It’s exciting to see how strong they become! There is no age limit to making new muscle! So it’s really never too late!
My new passion is sprint triathalons. Running, biking and swimming. It’s really fun!
