Instructor will collect passes at the start of each class.

Turbo Kick Live
Combines traditioal kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for an unbelievable calorie burn.

Classical Yoga
Poses and breath work in the Sivananda style to strengthen your body, de-stress your mind, and center your spirit. Good for those with physical limitations and those seeking a deeper yoga practice.  

Iyengar Yoga
Achieve greater balance, strength, and flexibility by practicing some beginning poses in the Iyengar tradition, focusing on precision and alignment. All levels welcome.  

Hatha Yoga
A whole body work-out disguised in a meditative Vinyasa  flow.  Open and strengthen the entire body and leave feeling connected and joyful.  All levels welcome.  

Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu Yoga is sometimes called the yoga of consciousness. Students are encouraged to honor the wisdom of the body while incorporating music with movement and breath. The theme of this class is catharsis so join us and let yourself go!  6 months of yoga experience suggested.  

Gentle Yoga
Drawing from a variety of styles, you will be introduced to the complexities of yoga in a gentle way. Appropriate for seniors, those with physical challenges or injuries, and those new to yoga.  

Align and Flow
This is a multi-level yoga flow class paired with music. Be prepared to move, chant, and sweat.  

Relax and Renew Yoga
This is a gentle hatha yoga class designed to help you unwind at the end of the day, Focus will be on mindful breathing to inspire deep relaxation and yoga movements to release stress/tension and rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit. Balance, alignment and comfort in our bodies will be practiced as we learn together in our evening yoga sessions.  

Qi Gong  
Complete form of Qi Gong for energy cultivation and internal organ healing.  Bring balance into your body and mind.  For all levels.  

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise for developing flexibility, strength, stamina, aim, balance, and self-control.  All levels are encouraged and welcome.

The Pilates method seeks to develop controlled movement from a strong core while building flexibility and strength.  This class will follow Joseph Pilates as well as non-classical movements to challenge even the most advanced student. Props will be used such as weighted balls, fit balls and hand weights.    

Gentle Pilates
Start your day with a gentler version of the traditional Pilates, which is known for building core abdominals, strength, stability, and flexibility. All movements are performed on an exercise mat with an option of weighted and or large exercise balls. Leave the class feeling taller, stronger, and more energetic.  

A "fusion fitness" program that combines fun dance movements and heart pumping martial arts moves infused with subtle therapeutic techniques designed to heighten body awareness.   

Cardio Jam
A fun class that incorporates a variety of cardio styles such as step, dance aerobics, and kickboxing.  

F.A.T. Burn
Increase your strength and endurance! Each class includes cardio and strength raining segments utilizing various techniques and props. All fitness levels welcome as modifications will be demonstrated and encouraged.  

Come join us on Monday nights for a rocking cardio class that will challenge your body and celebrate high intensity! For all levels.    

Senior Strength and Stretch
A perfect opportunity to work at your own pace maintaining bone density, increasing endurance, and improving flexibility.  For all levels.  

Soul Circuit
Fusing dance moves with muscle conditioning exercises, plyometrics, step and kickboxing,…this class will work every muscle group will you groove to the rhythms of world music.  

This is a fun and energetic dance-fitness class inspired by Latin music, exotic dance rhythms and aerobic fitness.  For all levels.  

Zumba® Toning
This class is designed with Latin and International dance rhythms integrating aerobic, interval and resistance training.

Sunrise Cycle
A perfect class for early risers! Get a great workout in before your work day begins. A full hour of Cardio Cycling. For all levels.  

Morning Cycle
A full hour of Cardio Interval Training. For all levels.  

Cycling - Intervals
Join us for intervals of high and low intensity cycling. You control the pace while getting the workout of your life! For all levels.  

Sunday Cycle Quartet
Four instructors, four different styles, one amazing class. All fitness levels welcome.
