Tai Chi is a form of meditative exercise characterized by slow circular and stretching movements.

Tai Chi is a form of meditative exercise characterized by slow circular and stretching movements.  In this class participants will learn the 12 basic movements with warm-ups, cool downs and specific Tai Chi energy balancing exercise.
