Move with more agility, grace and ease as we learn to balance the bones in a natural healthy posture, using the muscles needed to hold those bones in place! This is a basic gentle class designed to develop strength and stability to improve natural alignment and balance. Through breath work, focus and postures, we will work with the deep inner core muscles and fascia to better support the spine. The class will help bring more physical self- awareness resulting in a deeper connection to your body to promote health and well-being.
Belinda Jentzen has two teacher certifications in Hatha Yoga based on Iyengar principles, from The Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago and Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe. She has many years of practice and teaching yoga.
